The Wright Mortgage Company specialise in giving face to face mortgage and insurance advice although this can also be arranged over the telephone if it is more convenient. We pride ourselves on our excellent service so you have to get involved as little as possible throughout the whole process.

The Financial Services Authority does not regulate taxation and trust advice and some aspects of commercial mortgages.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice.
A fee of £295 when you apply for the mortgage. We will also receive commission from the lender, OR, A fee of 0.35% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum fee of £295, payable when you apply for the mortgage. We will refund any commission received from the lender to you. An example of this is if your mortgage is £150000, the fee payable will be £525.
