Paula Wright, Director & Company SecretaryPaula worked for HSBC bank for over 10 years until taking a career break to raise her family. 

Paula formed the Wright Mortgage Company along with Brian in 2003 and now works in her role as Director and Company Secretary.

Paula believes there is a permanent home in the marketplace for 'face to face' advice and whilst agrees that the internet is an invaluable research tool Paula thinks when a client makes the biggest purchase of their life they want to sit down with someone face to face and receive the best professional advice.
 
There may be a fee for mortgage advice.
A fee of £295 when you apply for the mortgage. We will also receive commission from the lender, OR, A fee of 0.35% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum fee of £295, payable when you apply for the mortgage. We will refund any commission received from the lender to you. An example of this is if your mortgage is £150000, the fee payable will be £525.
 

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your exsisting lender if you remortgage.
