Brian Wright, Managing Director

Brian Wright, Managing DirectorAs founder and Managing Director of Wright Mortgage Brian has overall responsibility for compliance with UK Financial Services legislation and industry guidelines to ensure the firm meets the rigorous requirements of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Brian has worked within financial services for over 20 years. Following a highly successful management career within financial services Brian formed Wright Mortgage in 2003 along with his wife Paula. Brian continues to advise his private and commercial clients recommending solutions to their lending and protection requirements.

When Brian is not working he likes to relax with Paula, their two children and their lively Beagle ' Chester'. During the summer months Brian can often be found at Trent Bridge supporting Nottinghamshire County Cricket and further afield supporting England.
 
There may be a fee for mortgage advice.
A fee of £295 when you apply for the mortgage. We will also receive commission from the lender, OR, A fee of 0.35% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum fee of £295, payable when you apply for the mortgage. We will refund any commission received from the lender to you. An example of this is if your mortgage is £150000, the fee payable will be £525.
 

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your exsisting lender if you remortgage.
